Mohla didn't come out of a market study. It came out of fifteen years inside Saudi operations, logistics and government relations — watching good businesses stall over a date nobody was tracking.
Our story
Fifteen years of paperwork, turned into a product
Our founder started in HR administration in Jeddah in 2011, then spent a decade across logistics, warehousing and operations — an airport construction project, a manufacturing facility, a contracting group, and an import and export business of his own.
Different industries, one repeated lesson: businesses rarely fail because of the work. They fail because a licence expired, a permit lapsed, or a document nobody was tracking came due.
Handling government relations professionally made the pattern impossible to ignore. Every client carried the same fragmented burden — obligations scattered across a dozen portals, tracked in a spreadsheet somebody updated when they remembered. None of them had a system.
So we built one. Mohla is that experience turned into software: every obligation in one place, with a countdown on each, and a reminder that actually reaches someone before the date passes.
