Why it matters

One missed date can stop a whole company

Transactions get refused

An expired licence or registration can block a renewal, a visa or a contract — often found only when a platform says no.

Employees are held up

When an iqama or a work permit lapses, that person cannot travel or be processed until it is renewed.

Late filings bring fines

Who keeps my company's dates current?

Mohla's team, by hand on each government platform. Every item says “Kept up to date by Mohla”. Direct connections come later, one platform at a time, as each authority grants access.

Which reminders will I get?

By email and phone notification, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before each date, and every day in the final week if you want. You choose which ones and who receives them. WhatsApp and SMS reminders are coming soon.

Does Mohla renew my licences automatically?

Not without you. You request a renewal from the licence card, Mohla sends a quote, and the work starts only after the Owner or Finance accepts it.

Which dates apply to my company?

It depends on your registrations, your activity and your employees. Your calendar is built from your company's own records, so it shows only the dates that apply, each with its exact date.

Who in my company can see it?

Anyone you invite, with a role: Owner, HR and government affairs, Finance, or View only. Each role sees and does only what it should.
