Mohla's fee
For preparing, filing and following your file. Your quote shows it, and exactly what it includes. It is stated excluding VAT.
VAT
Added to Mohla's fee where it applies.
Government fees
Set by each authority and passed on exactly as charged — never marked up. Authorities can change them without notice.

You accept — or not
Your case starts only when you accept. For a company, the Owner or Finance colleague accepts.
Invoice by bank transfer
We invoice as the quote says; you pay by bank transfer. Online card payment is coming soon.
Good to know
No surprises
Work outside the accepted quote needs a new or updated quote first.
Mohla Comply is monthly
Plans are sized to your company, from one company to a group. Ending a plan stops future months.
If you cancel
You can cancel any time. What remains due is work already done, and fees already paid to authorities or others for you.
Fee for the work, not the decision
Decisions belong to the authorities. A refusal or delay alone is not a reason for a refund.
